Terms of Use

By using golfcartclinic.com (the "site") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information only, not professional advice

Our guides are general information for golf cart owners. They are not legal advice, and they don't replace a qualified technician, your vehicle's manual or an authorized dealer. Read our full disclaimer, especially before working on battery packs or electrical systems.

Use of content

The text, graphics and tools on this site belong to Golf Cart Clinic unless noted otherwise. You may link to any page and quote short excerpts with a link back. Please don't copy whole articles or republish our content without written permission.

User submissions

When you post a comment or send us a message, you confirm that it is your own work and doesn't break any law. You give us permission to display, edit for length or clarity, or remove it. We moderate comments and may decline any submission, including spam, abuse, personal attacks and off-topic promotion.

Tools

Tools such as the serial number lookup are provided "as is" from published data. Results can be wrong if a number is misread or a manufacturer's records differ. Confirm important details, such as model year for titling, warranty or parts, with the manufacturer or a dealer.

Third-party links, ads and affiliates

The site links to manufacturers, government agencies, retailers and other websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, products or policies. Some links are affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golf Cart Clinic is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including damage to vehicles or property.

Trademarks

Club Car, E-Z-GO, Yamaha and other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. Golf Cart Clinic is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: [email protected].
